Terms of Use

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Norqevaryn platform operated by Norqevaryn Pty Ltd (“Norqevaryn”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Platform Description

Norqevaryn is a digital AI platform that provides data analysis, automated insights, workflow automation tools and a secure digital workspace to authorised users. Platform access is granted through an onboarding request process described on the Services page. The platform is operated from Australia by Norqevaryn Pty Ltd, Level 12, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

2. Eligibility and Access

Access to the Norqevaryn platform is subject to approval through the access-request process. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. Access may be declined at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Australian or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
  • Reproduce, distribute or resell platform outputs without prior written consent from Norqevaryn.
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any platform form or interface.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform or impair its availability to other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements and documentation on the Norqevaryn platform are the intellectual property of Norqevaryn Pty Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to reproduce, modify or distribute platform content beyond what is expressly stated.

5. Disclaimers

The Norqevaryn platform and its digital tools are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Automated insights and structured data outputs generated by the platform are provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any platform output.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norqevaryn Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

8. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, and to update these Terms as required. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
